Luxurious Revival to a Century Old Home
When it comes in home renovations in Vancouver, BC, we’ve got plenty of experience. And this project is a wonderful example of what we can create together.
This is one of our retention and extension projects we completed in Vancouver’s First Shaughnessy district. From the meticulously designed landscaped Koi pond and outdoor swimming pool to the marble clad ensuites, no expense was spared on this project. In order to maintain and respect the traditional design of the original home’s exterior, we custom fabricated the wood corbels and exterior wood trims to ensure appropriate scale was achieved.
From the exterior to the interior, this home’s use of traditional materials and details is unparalleled. The warmth of the custom wood panelling, combined with ornate mouldings and hardware allows the interior of the home to pay homage to its original character, yet being equipped with all the features and benefits of today’s modern homes.
We’re ecstatic to have been able to revitalize this 100 year old house and know it will stand the test of time for generations to come
