Kerrisdale Modern

A modern home with vibrant splashes of colour. We took the owner’s love of race cars and “drove with it”. From day one, the intention of this project was to build a truly unique space for a retired couple. 

As empty nesters, the owners dedicated the entire basement of the home for cars and other recreational items. The garage is fully equipped with a car lift, which not only provides 1 additional parking space, but also allows the husband to repair his own vehicles (which is a passion of his). 

This home is unapologetically customized to what the owners want, NOT what the market dictates.
